Lead Shields
Different types of
lead shields are distributed by ITECH Instruments.
We offer standard 4" Pb for environmental counting labs for both vertical dipstic and other low background or mechanically cooled detector designs. All of our detector shields have a steel outer shell, 4" of low background
lead and a tin/copper liner. The shields are mounted on sturdy tables with adjustable height.
